My favourite books are the ones who talk about philosophy, although in college they make me read the classic ones, like socrates apology or the basic ones. My favourite stream is the existentialist, which started in the XIX century and lasted until half of the XX century and has its root in the human condition and the meaning of life.
I start my adolescense full of doubts and questions about our future and life in general, and that's why i love to read and i love philosophy because maybe the answers to my questions are there, more than in other genres like novels or fantastic tales.
The books that i've like the most are Nietzsche's antichrist and the foreigner, written by albert camus, but the most important author for me is Martin Heidegger, although his most important work, "Being and Time" could be too complicated for traditional reading, i totally recommend it if you are looking for answers to questions like "why is something instead of nothing?" or "which means that an entity be?"
We have to recognize that in philosophy we find more doubts than certainties, but to know that someone is thinking the same things that we think could be a very grateful experience, especially if it's written in the pages of the books.
